Founded by Larry Campbell as L.G. Campbell Co. in 1973 to develop Oakway Golf Course and surrounding residential properties, Campbell Commercial Real Estate has been serving the real estate needs of Eugene, Springfield and Lane County for nearly 40 years.
In 1995, the name was changed to Campbell Commercial Real Estate to reflect our specialization in commercial and investment properties. By adding a dedicated property management department in 2001 and through merger with Western Properties in 2010, Campbell Commercial is the leading full-service commercial real estate firm in the Eugene/Springfield market.

Larry G. Campbell is the founder and Broker Owner of Campbell Commercial Real Estate. His entire business career, spanning over 35 years, has been devoted to real estate. During this time he has been involved in many major developments including Oakway Golf Course, The Riverfront Research Park, WESTEC Business Park, Willow Creek Park, and the development of the Hyundai/Hynix fabrication plant.
Patric Campbell heads the property management division at Campbell Commercial Real Estate and has been involved with the company since 1993. A licensed broker since 2001, Patric manages a wide variety of properties including retail, office space, medical and industrial. He specializes in the areas of lease administration, renewal negotiations, vender contract management and Tenant retention. His team of dedicated property and asset managers currently oversee more than 1.3 million square feet of property throughout Oregon. Patric's goal with properties managed by Campbell Commercial is to develop a partnership with his owners, working closely with them in the physical operation, lease administration and bookkeeping of their investments to increase revenue through properly negotiating vendor contracts, controlling operating costs and making sure that leases are fully utilized to provide maximum return on investment.
Tim Campbell has more than 20 years experience brokering all types of commercial real estate deals. He specializes in the sales and leasing of retail, office and industrial, as well as putting together investment purchases for clients. Tim likes to focus on asset management for families and businesses in the community. He has represented both local and national companies, as well as owners of some of the area's most prestigious buildings. Prior to moving to Eugene, Tim was with Grubb & Ellis Company in Seattle Washington where he was on the downtown office team. Tim is civic minded and has served on several boards in the area including Oregon Club as President, Lane Government Affairs Council, Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, Oregon Alumni Association, and March of Dimes as Chair of Chef's Night Out.
Currently a broker at Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Susan began her venture into commercial real estate with Western Properties in Eugene in 1997. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Susan was a corporate secretary for a wood products firm in Eugene and prior to that a mortgage loan officer. Susan provides services to both local and out-of-town owners, representing their properties for sale or lease. Buyer and tenant representation are important aspects of her work as well. Susan's work includes investor properties, owner-user properties and leasing services. She has worked with local, national and international companies. Susan also has experience working with GSA (Government Services Agency).
As a broker with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Jay is focused on providing individualized representation to a select client list.In addition to brokerage services at Campbell Commercial, since 1998 Jay has been the property manager for a private local real estate development team. During his career in commercial real estate, Jay has been involved with the sale or leasing of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate dealing with clients on both a local and national level.
As a broker with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Suzanne specializes in Owner/User and Investor transactions as well as Landlord/Tenant representation. She has worked with local, regional and national clients.
Prior to joining Campbell Commercial Real Estate in 2004, Suzanne worked in Advertising and Marketing for a magazine publisher who participated in the global market.
As a broker with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Bill specializes in owner-occupied and investment sales, as well as, landlord and tenant representation of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and investment real estate in Lane County. He has experience representing local, regional and national clients. Prior to joining Campbell Commercial, Bill worked for Western Properties in Eugene for 2 years. Bill also spent 6 years as a Senior Advisor at Grubb & Ellis Company in Sacramento. During his career in commercial real estate, Bill has been responsible for the sale and leasing of more than 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate with total consideration in excess of $300,000,000.
Dan Montgomery is a consistent sales leader in the Eugene-Springfield area. He's been recognized for having the highest sales volume by the commercial investment division of Lane County for five years. Dan formed Western Properties, a commercial and investment real estate brokerage, with a partner in January 1990. Western Properties merged with Campbell Commercial in November, 2010. Dan has completed several intensive educational seminars sponsored by the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute and CCIM, a national commercial brokers association. In 1973, he began his real estate career in Eugene, and by 1980, was specializing in commercial and investment real estate.
Milton D. Oilar
As a broker with Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Milton specializes in tenant/investment representation for the lease or purchase of commercial properties and represents owners, investors, and developers for the disposition and purchase of commercial properties. He has experience representing local, regional and national clients. Prior to joining Campbell Commercial, Milton worked as the Director of Real Estate for investor/developer APC, Inc. in Eugene, Oregon. Milton started his commercial real estate career at Grubb & Ellis in Portland, Oregon in 1991 and was "Rookie of the Year" and a top producer. Milton left Grubb & Ellis and worked as a fee development consultant when he was hired full time by a development/real estate investment firm.
Paul Redhead is a University of Oregon MBA and holds the MAI and CCIM Designations. His real estate career began in 1977 as a Representative of the Travelers Insurance Company in Portland where he was responsible for all phases of loan production, equity acquisition and portfolio management. He is experienced in all facets of real estate, including appraisal, lending, sales, leasing, development and acquisition of all property types.
