Campbell Commercial Real Estate has been serving the real estate needs of Eugene, Springfield, Lane County and the greater Willamette Valley for over 30 years. Founded by Larry G. Campbell as L.G. Campbell Co. in 1973 to develop Oakway Golf Course and surrounding residential properties the company evolved into a full service residential and commercial brokerage firm. In 1995, the name was changed to Campbell Commercial Real Estate to reflect the specialization in commercial and investment property. The firm has 7 licensed professionals with experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.

Campbell Commercial Real Estate provides sales and leasing services with experience in Office, Retail, Industrial, Research Park, and Office Park properties. The firm provides property management and offers land and site acquisition, economic analysis, development, build to suit, and 1031 exchange services to a wide variety of clients.
